François Poirier

Mr. Poirier has been President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since January 2021.
His previous role was Chief Operating Officer and President, Power & Storage. He was responsible for successfully executing the acquisition of the Columbia Pipeline Group in 2016. Mr. Poirier held other roles which included leading our Mexico business unit, as well as leading the company’s risk management, strategy and corporate development efforts. Mr. Poirier joined the company in 2014 as President, Energy East Pipeline.
Before joining TC Energy, Mr. Poirier spent 25 years in investment banking, consulting and as a Corporate Director. He was President and Head, Investment Banking and Capital Markets, for Wells Fargo Securities Canada, Ltd.Prior to that, he was Group Head, Power and Pipelines Investment Banking, at J.P. Morgan Securities in New York.
From 2007 to 2011, Mr. Poirier served as an Independent Director of Capital Power Income LP. His community involvement has included serving as Chair of the North York Harvest Food Bank.
Mr. Poirier holds a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Operations Research from the University of Ottawa.

Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer, Natural Gas Pipelines
Stanley G. Chapman, III serves as Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer, Natural Gas Pipelines. In this role he is responsible for all regulatory, commercial and operational matters across TC Energy’s natural gas transmission and storage businesses in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice-President and Group Executive, U.S. and Mexico Natural Gas Pipelines.
Prior to its merger with TC Energy in March 2021, Mr. Chapman also served as Chairman of the General Partner for TC PipeLines GP, Inc., a master limited partnership, effective January 1, 2019.
Before joining TC Energy in July 2016 as part of the Columbia Pipeline Group (CPG) acquisition, Mr. Chapman served as Columbia’s Executive Vice-President and Chief Commercial Officer and as the President of Columbia Pipeline Partners, LP, a master limited partnership. Previous to joining CPG in December 2011, Mr. Chapman held various positions of increasing responsibility with El Paso Corp and Tenneco Energy and was responsible for various marketing and commercial operations, as well as supply, regulatory, business development and optimization activities.
Mr. Chapman is past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America, a current Board member of the American Gas Association, a current member and past executive committee member of the Society of Gas Lighters, and a current member of the International Association for Energy Economics. Mr. Chapman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Texas A&M University as well as a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of St. Thomas. He resides in Houston, Texas where he and his wife raised their four children.

As Executive Vice-President, Corporate Services, Mrs. de Lima provides strategic and functional leadership for human resources, information systems, supply chain, aviation and facilities services. She also serves as the Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer for the Company.
Prior to joining TC Energy, Mrs. de Lima served as Chief Shared Services Officer on the executive leadership team with TransAlta Corporation, responsible for leading Business and Operational Services, Information Technology, Data & Innovation, Supply Chain Management, Corporate Security and Facilities. Mrs. de Lima also previously held the role of Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing Executive Compensation, Talent and Culture, leadership Development, Corporate Communications, Stakeholder Relations and Information Technology.
Mrs. de Lima currently sits as the Chair of the Board for Junior Achievement Canada and as a member of the Board of Directors for Axis Connects.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary.

As Executive Vice-President and President, U.S. Natural Gas Pipelines, Tina Faraca is responsible for all regulatory, commercial and operational matters across the company’s U.S. regulated natural gas transmission and storage business. Prior to her current appointment, she served as President, U.S. Natural Gas Pipelines.
Prior to that, Mrs. Faraca was Senior Vice-President, U.S. Natural Gas Operations, Projects and Technical Operational Services with responsibility for the safe, reliable and sustainable operations and project execution of TC Energy’s 32,000 miles of natural gas pipelines in the U.S.
Mrs. Faraca joined TC Energy in April 2020 as Senior Vice-President, U.S. Natural Gas Commercial. Before joining TC Energy, Mrs. Faraca served as Chief Commercial Officer at Enable Midstream Partners where she was responsible for all commercial aspects of the company’s natural gas transportation and storage, natural gas gathering, processing and crude oil businesses. Prior to Enable, Mrs. Faraca worked with Enbridge, and its predecessor Spectra Energy, in multiple leadership positions over the course of 18 years including Vice-President of Engineering and Construction, Vice-President of Corporate Strategy and President of Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline.
Mrs. Faraca currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the United Way of Greater Houston and is a member of the Board of Directors of GTI Energy and the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA).
Mrs. Faraca received a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado.

As Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Hunter is responsible for financial reporting, taxation, finance, treasury, risk management and investor relations for TC Energy Corporation.
Since joining TC Energy in 1997, Mr. Hunter has held a variety of progressively more senior roles within the organization. He was named CFO on August 1, 2021, previously to which he was Senior Vice-President, Capital Markets overseeing the Company’s finance, treasury, investor relations, evaluations and corporate planning functions.
Mr. Hunter has been a director of Junior Achievement Southern Alberta since September 2015 and was a director of TC PipeLines GP, Inc. from April 2014 to April 2018.
Mr. Hunter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Regina, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and is a CFA charterholder.

As Executive Vice-President and General Counsel, Mr. Keys has overall responsibility for the management of the Company’s legal, internal audit, compliance, enterprise sustainability, and regulatory strategy functions. He also serves as the Chief Risk Officer, the Chief Compliance Officer and the Chief Sustainability Officer for the Company. Prior to his appointment to the Executive Leadership Team, he held the position of Senior Vice President, Legal.
Since joining the Company in 1998, Mr. Keys has held a variety of progressively senior roles within the organization. In his role as Vice-President, Canadian Gas Pipelines, he was accountable for the profitability and commercial management of the Company’s NGTL and Foothills Systems. Prior to this, he held the position of Vice-President, Pipelines, Law and Regulatory Research, with accountability for legal advice, research and analytical services on a broad array of oil pipeline, gas pipeline and power matters.
Mr. Keys obtained a Bachelor of Science degree (Chemical Engineering) from the University of Calgary and worked as a Professional Engineer in the oil and gas industry in various capacities. He later returned to the University of Calgary and earned a Bachelor of Laws degree. Following a clerkship with the Alberta Court of Appeal, Mr. Keys pursued a general commercial litigation practice with a leading law firm in Calgary. He is a Professional Engineer with APEGA, and a member of the Law Society of Alberta.

As Senior Vice-President, External Relations, Mr. Muttart provides strategic and functional leadership for the Company’s public policy, government relations, communications and Indigenous relations activities. He is based in Houston.
Before joining TC Energy, Mr. Muttart spent a decade leading external affairs and communications teams for Philip Morris International in London, Manila, Melbourne and Hong Kong. Prior to this, he was a Managing Director at Mercury, a public strategy firm, in Chicago. Earlier in his career, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff to former Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
Mr. Muttart holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa.

Ms. Wallace is Executive Vice-President, Strategy and Corporate Development and President, Power and Energy Solutions. In her role, Ms. Wallace is responsible for leading and executing the development of TC Energy’s corporate strategy, corporate development activities and capital allocation process, as well as for all aspects of the company’s power generation and unregulated natural gas storage businesses.
Before joining TC Energy in May 2023, Ms. Wallace served as Executive Vice-President and Global Head of Infrastructure at OMERS, overseeing a global team and portfolio of approximately C$34 billion in assets across sectors including energy, digital, transportation and government-regulated services. Previously, Ms. Wallace was Vice-President, Operations at SNC-Lavalin, focused on engineering, procurement, project controls and project management for their energy and infrastructure business.
Ms. Wallace holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Engineering from Queen’s University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, York University.

Bevin Wirzba is Executive Vice-President and Group President, Liquids Pipelines and Coastal GasLink (CGL). In his role, Mr. Wirzba is responsible for overseeing the company's liquids transportation business and will lead the new Liquids Pipelines Company as the President and CEO. Mr. Wirzba is also President of Coastal GasLink, where he oversees the development and execution of the 670-km pipeline planned to deliver natural gas from Northeastern BC to Kitimat for LNG export.
Before joining TC Energy in 2019, Mr. Wirzba was a senior executive leading the commercial functions of an intermediate upstream producer. He previously held the role of Managing Director in energy advisory for a global investment bank and began his career with a major integrated energy corporation with multi-disciplinary roles across North America and internationally.
Mr. Wirzba holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta, a Master of Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA). He also sits on the board of directors for STARS.
